Cut Driver: San Francisco Mission Restored (High Blood Pressure)

To put it short, "High Blood Pressure" is a cut City Mission from one of the pre-release 360 builds, set in Chapter 7. I took on the effort to restore and make it playable on PC. You can observe the results below. Check the description for a more detailed breakdown and summary.
