Virtual directory?

I've been trying to do little simple mods (the one in question I'm doing is just replacing Zonda Cinque to always be Lights texture). I went to the dngvehicles.sp file and searched for Pagani, and found this:

I have no R:\ directory on my PC. How do you find the true locations of these files?
