Since DSF uses an extras system similar to GTA for convertible roofs, taxi signs .etc and the Torino has the siren as an extra, who knows.

Are you able to do the same with other in-game-missing cars, like Lotus Esprit? Would be really cool.

What do you mean "Missing?" It was cut from the game due to the license agreement with Lotus expiring or being terminated. There's nothing left except the garage icons. :/
Not to mention, "in-game?" None of the Lotuses (Loti?) were even seen in any build of the game's gameplay.
