So I was watching the season finale for the new show on Fox called "Alcatraz," and a chill went down my spine when the bad guy was in a Charger and the cop was in a Mustang and pulling up behind them. The bad guy clicked his seatbelt, and I immediately caught on to what was going on. I had no idea that this was going to be in the season finale, but I knew right then and there that they were going to redo the Bullitt chase in a 2013 Mustang! i was excited to watch the rest, because the Bullitt chase was one of my favorite movie scenes of all time. The remake was awesome! For those who haven't seen it, here's a YouTube Video.

And dammit, where's the music. Fail.
That's why I refuse to watch the modern version of Gone In 60 seconds.

I know it isn't like the original, but its meant to be a tribute and I think its a half-way decent one. One thing I find very weird is that in the show the blonde actually owned the original Bullitt Mustang, same year and color. I don't get why they had her just use her car in the chase, because that blue mustang in the video is a car she jacked from some dude. I still liked the scene. In my opinion it doesn't have to be exactly like the original, I'm glad it was slightly different.

Yes it was a big disappointment. Don't watch it.
