Sorry to bump this but I find additional information:

"Driver Parallel Lines - Press Preview (Jan 6th 2006)

quite close to the final build , looks like they didnt finish the map as there are places where you can fall though has debug/dev options"

Source: http://www.betaarchive.com/forum/viewto ... 29#p361129

PS: Xbox version, (not Xbox 360, this is the first console)

Second PS: that website has an ftp server that host those beta version of games, if you want a copy register and download it, it may help the people who try to extract those texture and modules from D:PL. I hope this info helps.

It's nowhere near as simple as "if you want a copy register and download it", you have to be a part of some "secret VIP club" bullsh** and everything to get access to the FTP server, I kind of figured that was the case and thought it was too good to be true.
f***ing circlejerking "dis is our sekret club and you can't join nyah nyah" cocksuckers.
Disgusting that those people make up the majority of the early/prototype build owners.
The "Contribution Rules" are the most convoluted, nonsensical f***ing bullsh** I've ever heard.
The TL;DR version is, unless you own an early build of a game that's not on the site, you can't get access.
These people are the gaming equivalent of old farts who own classic cars and just brag about them and never drive them or sell them.

Even the people on assemblergames hate that site:

It's obvious that in such conditions, there's no hope that we can have access to these beta versions.

I was dumb enough to not even take a look on their rules, sorry again for that.

I hope someone will share it if he/she has access to that website.

i replaced the files. sadly, the options don't work. the only way to quit the game is to terminate it using taskmgr.

I was able to load the Dev Menu instead of Pause Menu, when I surf into the menu, everything is nulled, I guess they remove it completely from the game, no hope to mod it.

A couple of images here:

If you want to load the menu you can change this line, originally you will find

Code: Select all
"GUI/PAUSE70S"

Change it to:
Code: Select all
"GUI/DEV"
When you're in game push "escape" (ESC) on your keyboard the menu will appear, but is non functional.[/color]
