We Want to MOD DRIV3R
PostPosted:Mon Mar 13, 2006 3:02 pm
Ok, Many of us would like to re-create the DRIVER WORLD. Maybe by putting our own citys in it or even buy tweeking little things like CAR Handling. This must be possible. I have all the correct programs I just need to find a way to unencode the coding so it is readable with our programs. I think DRIV3R was ecrypted so we can't mod it but we want to and we shall find away to put our own citys in DRIV3R like this one.
So could someone make it possible to let me put stuff like that in the game.

I want to mod my Driv3r for one of my Driv3r-movies, but I have the game on ps2. Can somebody mode it for me ? I can tell you later what I exactly want…

I've never seen the PS2 version so sadly i can't help you, i've also noticed that DRIV3R's modding is very restricted and you can only mess things up.
I'll take a look at this in more detail as time passes by.

Thanks but its not nessecary. I have D3R on ps2, so i can't mod it. On PC you can, beacause you can open folders & files not like on the ps2. The ps2 is just for games…

You can open up the files on a PC and then burn them back to dvd for a chiped PS2 to play.

Yeah, but I need something to connect ps2-PC. I've got aps2-Pc converter. But its just for Windosw, I have a Mac. And I have a Windows-emulator. But he needs more power to read the game. But I can't put more GBs on it, cause its just a emulator. I'll download me a ps2 emulator on the mac

I've never herd of a MAC PS2 emulator before but i might look around. You could try a windows Emulator. And just buy DRIV3R on PC and run it off that. It'll work better that way.
But can be risky.

no : I have no ps2 emulator. Just a Windows emulator. But the Windows emulator needs more power to read the game. But its just an emulator, so i can't put more GB on. I can be risky, but I can ask somebody to lend me DRIV3R.

Anyways the easist way to do this is to purcahse DRIV3R on PC and then you'll be able to mod lots of elements which we have been able to mod, this including the ability to mod all the cutscenes.
