I dont know if this is the right place, but:

You already might know about this. It's a secret ladder in Nice.
So if you wonder, yes it is on PC



I've done this by using the cheat table I've posted before.
Any one ever tried or noticed the ladder on PS2?

Omg!! I had the same police car glitch, how did you do this? I've posted it several times here already, and also on Driver-Dimension, but nobody knew.

I was always wondering how I had done that, but basically it always happened when I blew up a secret car or something in Istanbul, or anything related to one of the secret cars. When I selected any car then I would start in the police car and I would spawn where you have spawned.

I'll see if I can try to find my old post again, actually I posted this again not so long ago, maybe I find a bit more info about what I did

Oh I would love to know how you do that too, would be so much easier to rip the police cars

The save game I have just contains Miami and Nice.
When you select nice (not start it) search for 1 with cheat engine.
Now select miami, and search 0.

Repeat those steps untill you see an address that starts with 09XXXXXX etc
It might be different than that of me, but try to locate the good address.

Now when you have the good address, just put a value of 2 (which is Istanbul)
Dont select any other city for now, as it will reset.
Just select a random car, it doesnt matter which one.

There you go, pretty fucked up, but you have a police car!

Oh, but I did this on PS2 The EXACT same thing! No cheats or action replay or anything. It must be some kind of glitch!

Very interesting. I have a ps2 with network adapter and a harddrive, I can make RAM dumps and maybe figure some stuffs out.

As I said, I have the feeling it had something to do with one of the secret cars. It happened 2 or maybe even 3 times to me, and every time I was driving a secret car. Not sure what happened with it then.

But maybe it was just pure coincidence, when I watched your video and saw you scrolling quickly through the cities, this might be the reason maybe? Maybe I was just switching between them uber-quickly, creating a glitch?

Well the reason I am scrolling that much is because I took some long footage out. The raw video was too long to post.
I will test and see if the scrolling did make the job or not.
I am gonna test the istanbull thing. If it happens again, there is a glitch created by choosing a different car

I amazed about the ladder in Nice. Maybe it was meant to be used in a mission with a sniper or something, or maybe a hidden place for a Timmy. It has great view of the city.

It surely is a great view of the city.
I got myself questioning for hours, as you said, maybe a mission or a Timmy kill.

Although I dont really like to freeroam in istanbul, maybe there are some secret things to find out.

I don't remember a mission where you have to go there but maybe it's a part of the mission where you used also the OP's Ladder in some gunfight from the roofs...
