"I don't think we're doing enough [to encourage diversity," admits Jacquey, a 20-year veteran of Ubisoft's international territories. "Although, it is a bit better than when I started.

"There is a lack of diversity and we're conscious about it," Jacquey explains. "There are a lot of actions happening right now in Ubisoft that are trying to change this, but they're long-run solutions."

Meanwhile, they don't realize that polishes, post-launch fixes and good PC ports must come first.
Ubisoft, you're not doing enough in basically everything.
