In DRIV3R for the PC, there is a menu labeled "Cheats" under "Options", but it is greyed out.
I understand that beating the game on the consoles enabled this menu (correct?), but this doesn't appear to be the case for the PC.
Initially, I was able to activate the menu by manually editing front.MEC in a hex-editor, but after a little more rooting around I also found a way to enable the cheats by hex-editing the ProfileData file for my DRIV3R savegame, so it's obviously something that's supposed to be saved to your profile.
In case anyone's curious, you open the ProfileData file in a hex editor and change the hexadecimal values at the following locations from 00 to 01 to "Unlock" that cheat's toggle in the Cheats menu:
1A4 - Unlocks the menu itself
196 - All Missions
198 - All weapons
19A - Unlimited Ammo
19C - Invincibility (In Take-A-Ride)
19E - Immunity
1A2 - All Vehicles

I suggest making a copy of the file you modify before you edit it in any way

I did it once blind (no experience with it). And the game got stuck on minimal display settings and i couldn't change it anymore. and it had a volume level of 1,5 million (same volume as default) but even that could not be changed.

I've always wondered about the cheats section in the game. But I'm not really willing to risk messing up my game to get those cheats. Although unlimited ammo would be nice for nade launching.

You can download a modified savegame from here.

Edit: it actually works.

Actually, none of the above-mentioned locations exist in the file when opened with a hex editor. I have searched and searched, with no avail. There has to be a legitimate way to edit this file and activate those darned cheats!
