the driv3r one isn't the background music, it's the full soundtrack.
Which is very illegal to have uploaded onto a site like that.

I'd say Galbadia Hotel
is very illegal, they have the whole San Andreas soundtrack there too!

Limewire is very illegal if you download licensed tracks where peers have uploaded, your basically making the artist lose out, so then there not making as much income.
In this case with the background music I feel that it is not as bad because it is a small element of the game which people would like to move to their PC or portable entertainment device to listen to anywhere instead of having to play the game to listen to the music.

But Limewire isn't illegal, its just illegal if you use it to download licensed tracks!

That's what I was trying to say.
and Limewire can do a lot more than download music you can download many freeware and trail programs however I wouldn't download anything legal like that on limewire because it would problem contain a virus as well as any other file and by the looks of things music files can even contain viruses expecially if it's a .wma but you can easily detect and block the viruses from the music files.
So I recommended it's safer and is easier to buy the music off of itunes or a music site like that.
