Hey people, im trying to achieve this with some useful cheats for change maps and game modes, right now is harder to get load Chicago single player map without crashing, after will need to know how to add the traffic by some cheats.

Have you ever wondered why the multiplayer-exclusive levels exist? If the engine could handle traffic in multiplayer, it would probably be that way by default.

Right now i have been able to add cops to multiplayer maps, not gamemodes.

I have found progress towards what you're looking for.
What your asking for starts around 29:32 but also feel free to watch the whole video if your interested.
I was able to get a police blockade to spawn and chase me in split screen with multiple codes.

This is no where near perfect but it works kind of.
