New York... besides all of the gaps where some of the neighborhoods are, it's pretty realistic to true Lower Manhattan.

San Francisco by far. The only town that gives me fun for more than 30 minutes. Miami is second.

Miami hands down, plus in the psx version you have the purple Buick (actually a Chevy) as vehicle to drive with. That is a big plus in my book.
