I don't see it purchasable on Steam, GOG, Origin so i guess it could be legal and legit?
Also i couldn't find the ios version so i'm wondering is that version still available and if yes, is it free?

Out-of-print doesn't necessarily mean abandonware, but I doubt anybody is going to care if you download a copy.
