There's actually a 2.0 patch, though it only fixes up gamepad/joystick support really. Get it there, complete with changelogs.

Are you sure you're not talking about Driver 2? I don't recall there being a 1.1 for Driver, in any region.

Just kind of popping in here, I bought the US version 1.2 of Driver from a thrift store. Kind of weird how they censored the curse words, though.
