I found some voice file called VOC_PRES_02_ENGLISH.wav and i hear "he-he-see". I don't understand what is he actually saying?

No, i wish i could upload the wav file but can't here. Maybe it's "Take it easy"? That's the closest i could think of...

OK then, mystery solved! I could hardly understand it even after 15 years since i first played the game in 2002
