I have attempted FRAPS, Dxtory, and Bandicam. FRAPS won't work cause it is DirectX only, same thing with Dxtory. But even using the Rectangle-on-Screen method on Bandicam, I could only get audio, no video. Can anybody help me out here?

EDIT: The reason I wasn't able to record was because none of the programs support DirectDraw (since it's very old), and I was using the DDraw.dll fix for Windows 8.1

Try a different screen recorder that does not relate to the sh*tty ones you've tried. Try Camtasia Studio.

Use Nvidia Shadowplay, assuming you have a Nvidia GPU.

Personally i use FRAPS, and it does the job without any problems. If for example, you are on Windows 7 you need of course a version of FRAPS who are compliant with directx 11, otherwise the recording doesn't work. Even if, originally, DRIVER PC is using an old version of Directx, FRAPS must be compliant with directx 11, like i said before. For example these days, i'm doing some screenshots and videos recording with EPSXE and it works fine.

Furthermore, as you know it, FRAPS is made for games, so i think it's better to use a tool specifically designed for this task.

I'm running W8.1 and everything you just said makes no sense to me. FRAPs I'm pretty sure it is already compliant with DIrectX 11. And I never mentioned anything about EPSXE (Though FRAPs is able to record this for me).

Just tried it, didn't work out so well. I set it to record at 60fps.
