I had been testing Driver 3 and PL on a PS2 emulator a few weeks ago, and I had noticed that my file archiver/extractor detected the type of file it was and considered it an archive. Has any body, in the past, figure out what's inside? Does anybody have a copy of the .IMGs?

BTW, for those interested in the results of the test, it was terrible. The textures were all screwy, and the overall gameplay usually slows down and speeds up.

The size of the master file (has all the programing to be loaded and properly read by the PS2) in DRIV3R was (oddly enough) 4,000,000 kilobytes. Strange, for a game with quite a few limited options.

Where as the file for Driver: Parallel Lines was (oddly enough) 3,000,000 kilobytes. Strange for a game that has such a tremendously large city and a lot of programming (keep in mind this (MAY HAVE) been the only game to ever include playing in different generations.

(For emulator users, don't run a game that's more than 2,000,000 kilobytes.)

Mark/Carluver69's IMGRipper can rip the contents of D3 and DPL's .img files.
The rest of your post? I hope this is a joke, there's no way it's possible to be this misinformed.
