I used to play this game in a iMac, non-Intel. When I try to play in any new computers with Intel, the game won't open.

Anyone know anything?

Since I don't own a Macintosh computer I won't be able to answer correctly however I'll be able to guide you into the right direction.

The way applications run will be totally different under new hardware. It's like having the x86 and the x64 computers being 32bit and 64bit. Applications won't be able to run on both of them and they would need to be patched like you mentioned. So if this happens with a lot of your old applications back when intel processors didn't exist this is your case.

There will be no patch for the game as this is a very old title however I believe that it might be possible for you to emulate an older mac without the intel processors.

Since I don't know much about mac's at the moment I'll be unable to help you however I believe that it should be possible to find a emulator to emulate the old mac environment but I'm not 100 percent certain.

Good Luck!
Unfortunately this is pretty much all the help I can offer at the moment. Maybe you can give me more information about the older processors and Macintosh operating systems driver operates under.

I don't know much about macs either, but just as a suggestion, if you use boot camp you could trying running it on that. In theory it should work as driver works fine with windows.

That means there's a problem with game and not with the computer. Or there's a problem with all the computer on wich you tested to play the game.

He is saying that it wont work on the new Intel macs (Apple teamed up with intel in 2005, and now use Intel processors instead of their old ones). eMacs were made before this intel partnership, so they're quite different from the new macs. The new Intel OS X macs also have completely different software from the old ones, so it would make sense for DRIVER to work on the old ones but not the new.

Life I said before, I am by no means a mac expert (that stuff above is just stuff i have learnt recently as I have been looking at macs on the internet), but the only suggestion I can think of is trying DRIVER using boot camp.
