You know that nothing helps. Only "solutions" that do not work. It really is a shame no one has solved this problem. Taking advantage of the topic, could you tell me how I can solve the textures bug in Los Angeles? Some cars get textures that are completely bugged with various colors (mostly pink) and the bug disappears in parts where the car is hit (for example when I knock on the door of some car, the color and texture of the door returns to normal) :( :( :(

Well since i don't have this music issue, i don't know if the "solutions" work or not. I just gave you a link in fact. And you can't blame everybody here because this problem is not resolved. Maybe a patch could resolve this but i'm not sure.

About the textures glitch, i have the same problem too, so again maybe a patch could work, otherwise i don't see.

And this to get the game to use them: http://www.geocities.co.jp/Playtown-Dom ... taller.zip

It worked very well, thank you!

BUT there are some problems, for example, the performance of the game fell dramatically using this method to make the music work, could you explain the reason for this?

And without wanting to abuse her goodwill, could you tell me why sometimes the music does not play, and it is necessary to restart the mission for her to play again? :D

I suggest ditching your jewel-case version and getting a proper CD. Don't be cheap. You f*cked up in the first place by going budget range.
