I wanted to play Driver 1 on my window 10 pc but i keep getting an error message saying: NO COMPATIBLE 3D DEVICES FOUND" been trying to play this for months don't know what the problem :|

Back in the day, some low-end video cards didn't support 3D rendering, or could only emulate it at a steep cost of performance; Driver requires a 3D rendering-compatible video card, as there is no software rendering mode. In your case, Driver can't find your video card, which obviously supports 3D rendering if it can handle Windows 10. Therefore this'll be a Windows 10 problem, not a Driver problem.

My solution is to downgrade to Windows 7 as it doesn't have nearly as many problems with running older games as Windows 10 does, but this probably doesn't sound appealing to you. In that case, unless somebody has come up with a workaround, and I would put money down that you're not the first to encounter this problem, I'd suggest playing Driver through a PlayStation emulator like ePSXe (which I have played Driver through many times; it looks fantastic with upgraded rendering settings).

I don't have a solution for your problem, only a workaround. Sorry :)
