Crashing Sound !

Guys, the crash sound does not work in San Francisco! But it works perfectly in all other cities.
Only in SF, when I hit any car, the crashing sound doesn't work.
How could I solve it?

Did you reinstall the game to see if the crash sound came back(in fact, it should be)?
Also did you mod your game?

This happens in all copies, it's almost silent in SF for some reason.

Exactly ! So its a common issue
I have been searching google about this issue, but I couldn't find anyone talked about it. So I thought maybe i am the only one
