I am running XP 64 bit and I have installed Driver (it's vesion 1.2 if that matters) and it works for a while but once I get to the last mission in Miami, it freezes and stops responding. I have the CD and everything so I don't really understand why this is happening. Are there any fixes for this or am I SOL?

64 bit versions of Windows cause problems with almost all 32 bit applications. My recommendation, dual boot another version of Windows that is 32 bit. I don't know why it would work then stop responding. Try reinstalling. Maybe that will help.
