I've tried to download LA Undercover on my mobile phone, however it's refuses to launch on my mobile phone. The game freezes at the Ubisoft logo, and the screen position is weird. I'll try to test in some friends mobiles to see if it works.

Yeah, I have a similar problem.
I don't remember what it was, but I was unable to play the game on my "Nokia 6680", I got the correct version from the Vodafone or BlueSkyFrog games store and it never worked which was annoying.

What is the make and model of your phone?

Well, mine's a Nokia 5200. It's a pretty cool mobile phone, except that it's too popular here.

Do you know if you have the 2D or 3D version of the game?
where did you purchase the game from?

This didn't happen to me and is very common if the company you purchased it from provided you with the wrong platform version. In simple terms the version you have wasn't designed for your phone.

The game most likely is trying to run something other than a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels. If this is the case you should ask for an exchange for a game that works in your phone.

If you had a list of phones to choose from and you accidentally choose the wrong phone, under whoever terms and conditions legally they cannot send the game to you again using the right definitions.

However there is a tiny chance it's something else, once you answered the questions above. I might have some more information about the problem your experiencing.

Some information about your phone, which may help me work out what's causing the problem. Or reference for anyone else with the problem.

Um, I bought it from my mobile phone service provider (Vivo)

I've tried to send an e-mail to them about this problem ages ago, but they never replied me back.

Yes, I've been thinking on it either. I was going to buy the game again now, but unfortunately, I don't have the money for it (Wow, even mobile phone games are expensive here! ).

I dunno why, but I had an idea of opening the game's file in my PC and try to change something. Maybe I can be sucessful (or not...).

But I'm not impressed with this problem on my mobile phone. It's very famous to be very buggy...

I got Driver Vegas for my Nokia 3120 a few years ago,
got it from the O2 Games store on the phone and everything but it just froze on the Gameloft logo.

Could be something of the same problem, never got it fixed in the end up.
