It took me awhile to notice this, but any file that was uploaded to Driver Madness prior to the outage is...corrupt. I was in the process of fixing links and making sure everything over on the Modifications forum for Driver 1 was working, and to my startling discovery, it turns out that every single file that was uploaded to DM using the file uploader is corrupt! I have no idea if there's a possible fix to this, I do have an entire forum backup from awhile ago which should have all of the files, but PHPBB stores the files differently than one would expect (nothing like file hosting), so for all I know, they are permanently corrupt.

I wanted to give this quick little update to those who haven't figured it out by now. Sorry!

if you want ftp access to part of dm, i am the person you ask, if i find racingfreak you are sharing your ftp around, heads will roll
